针对某座既有旧桥,进行了体外索的受力监测研究。提出了结构大应变监测策略,保证了FBG测试效果的可靠性。监测结果显示,该座旧桥加固完成后,体外索受力确有一定程度的降低,最大预应力损失值仅占加固设计荷载的6.9%;体外索的预应力损失值发展趋势与温度变化具有一定的负相关性。基于FBG的监测手段不仅能满足施工过程的短期监测需求,而且可对结构后续运营期的预应力损失情况进行长期监测。
Aiming at a certain existing old bridge, the force monitoring study of extracorporeal cable was conducted. A large structural strain monitoring strategy is proposed to ensure the reliability of the FBG test results. The monitoring results show that after the reinforcement of the old bridge is completed, the external cable stress does decrease to a certain degree, the maximum prestress loss value only accounts for 6.9% of the reinforced design load. The development trend and the temperature change of the prestress loss value of the external cable have Certain negative correlation. The monitoring method based on FBG can not only meet the short-term monitoring needs of the construction process, but also monitor long-term the loss of prestress during the subsequent operation period of the structure.
