目的查明一起5人食物中毒的原因。方法对事件进行流行病学调查、实验室检验及临床资料分析。结果 5人共进午餐后均发病,对剩余食物进行定量检验,在猪肺中查出瘦肉精,含量为1.4 mg/kg。结论本起食物中毒事件是因食用残留瘦肉精的猪肺导致。
Objective To identify the causes of food poisoning in 5 people. Methods Epidemiological investigation, laboratory test and clinical data analysis were conducted. Results All of the five people were diagnosed after lunch. The remaining food was tested quantitatively and leptin was detected in the lung of pigs with the content of 1.4 mg / kg. Conclusion The food poisoning incident was caused by the consumption of lean meat with pig lung.
