当前,一线生产工人队伍不稳定,已经成为企业生存和发展的一个重要原因,据我厂统计,1981年毕业的技校生共41名,到1986年4年间已流失28人,占分配总数的68%。其原因固然是多方面的,既有社会原因,也有企业自身的原因。近年来,我厂对稳定一线生产工人队伍作了一些尝试。一、创造良好的工作环境与和谐的人际环境。企业工人的环境,一般包括客观的物质环境和主观的心理环境。职工长期在什么样的环境下从事劳动,对他们稳定一线工作有着直接的影响。就我厂来说,由于过去厂房比较陈旧,设备比较老化,工人劳动环境比较差,再加上对环境与人的个体行为关
