针对民机系统维修大纲(MRBR)制定过程中的维修间隔确定问题,基于可靠性分析和经济性分析的方法确定维修间隔。首先采用极大似然估计(MLE)方法,进行随机右截尾情况下的威布尔分布参数估计,推断出维修项目在不同故障影响类别下的可靠寿命。对于安全类维修任务,可直接将可靠寿命作为维修间隔。对于非安全类维修任务,还需要进行经济性分析,综合考虑可靠寿命安全门槛值和经济寿命参考值制定维修间隔。最后,以气源系统为研究对象,确定中间压力(IP)引气单向活门维修任务的间隔,说明本方法的合理性。
Aiming at the problem of determining the maintenance interval in the process of formulating the Civil Aircraft Maintenance Outline (MRBR), the maintenance intervals are determined based on the methods of reliability analysis and economic analysis. Firstly, the maximum likelihood estimation (MLE) method is used to estimate the Weibull distribution parameters under random right censoring, and the reliable life expectancy of the maintenance items under different fault influence categories is deduced. For safety-related maintenance tasks, reliable service life can be taken directly as a maintenance interval. For non-safety maintenance tasks, but also the need for economic analysis, considering the reliable life expectancy safety threshold and economic life reference to develop maintenance intervals. Finally, taking the gas source system as the research object, the interval of the one-way valve maintenance task of intermediate pressure (IP) bleed air is determined, which shows the rationality of this method.
