为了制造内腔造型复杂的牙轮钻头增长扩散型中心喷嘴,研究了YG11硬质合金的真空扩散焊。着重探讨了加中间工艺央层镍时,焊接温度、压力、时间等工艺参数对焊缝质量的影响,并确定了获得优质焊缝的最佳工艺参数,为制造增长扩散型中心喷嘴提供了试验数据。现场试压和耐冲蚀试验表明,用真空扩散焊制造的喷嘴焊缝强度为钎焊焊缝的2倍,在12MPa泵压下无刺穿现象,能满足钻井现场的使用要求。
In order to fabricate a diffuser center nozzle with complicated cavity cone shape, a vacuum diffusion welding of YG11 cemented carbide was studied. This paper focuses on the influence of process parameters such as welding temperature, pressure and time on the weld quality when adding intermediate nickel in the central layer, and determines the optimal process parameters for obtaining the high quality weld, which provides a test for the manufacture of the expanding diffusion center nozzle data. Field pressure test and erosion test show that the strength of nozzle weld produced by vacuum diffusion welding is twice that of brazed weld and no puncture under 12MPa pump pressure, which can meet the requirements of drilling site.
