研究了碱式碳酸钴在氮气中的热分解反应 ,测定了其热重分析曲线 ,并用微量粉末 X射线衍射法 (样品重量约 6 m g)对其热分解的固体残留物进行了表征 .实验结果表明 :在 339~ 394°C温度范围内生成尺寸 6~ 18nm的 Co3 O4与 Co O纳米晶混合物 ,在 70 0°C的最终产物为尖晶石型 Co3 O4.计算的晶胞参数为 :a=0 .80 84nm ,V=0 .5 2 83nm3 ,Z=8,Dcalc=6 .0 73g/ cm3 ,与常规 X射线衍射分析的结果相一致 .
The thermal decomposition reaction of basic cobalt carbonate in nitrogen was studied, the thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) curve was determined, and the thermal decomposition solid residue was characterized by micro powder X-ray diffraction (about 6 mg sample weight) .Experimental results It is shown that a mixture of Co3 O4 and Co O nanocrystals having a size of 6 to 18 nm is formed at a temperature in the range of 339 to 394 ° C and the final product at 70 0 ° C is a spinel type Co3 O4.The calculated unit cell parameters are a = 0.8084nm, V = 0.5253nm3, Z = 8, Dcalc = 6.073g / cm3, consistent with the results of conventional X-ray diffraction analysis.
