目的:分析名老中医工作室医院感染风险相关因素,探讨控制名老中医工作室医院感染的管理措施,已达到降低医院感染的目的。方法:分析2013年1月—2015年12月我院名老中医工作室医院感染的状况,通过比较2015年与2013年和2014年医院感染控制指标的变化,探讨名老中医工作室医院感染风险相关因素及管理对策。结果:医院感染预防控制工作成效显著。2014年空气检测合格率87.50%,物体表面检测合格率88.89%,医务人员手采样合格率90.28%,2015年空气检测合格率97.22%,物体表面检测合格率97.22%,医务人员手采样合格率97.22%。结论:医务部密切配合医院感染办,加强名老中医工作室医务人员医院感染地培训、有效地提高了名老中医工作室环境卫生监测结果合格率,保证了医疗安全,提高了医疗质量。 OBJECTIVE: To analyze the related factors of nosocomial infection risk in famous old Chinese medicine studios and to explore the management measures to control the nosocomial infection in old Chinese medicine studios, and to reduce the nosocomial infection. Methods: From January 2013 to December 2015, we analyzed the prevalence of nosocomial infections in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015. By comparing the changes of nosocomial infection control indicators between 2015 and 2013 and 2014, we investigated the risk of nosocomial infection Relevant factors and management countermeasures. Results: The hospital infection prevention and control work with remarkable results. In 2014, the passing rate of air detection was 87.50%, the passing rate of object surface detection was 88.89%, the passing rate of medical staff’s hand sampling was 90.28%, the passing rate of air detection was 97.22% in 2015, the pass rate of object surface detection was 97.22%, and that of medical staff was 97.22% %. Conclusion: The Department of Medical Affairs closely cooperates with the Hospital Infection Office to strengthen the training of hospital infection of doctors and nurses in famous traditional Chinese medicine studios, which effectively improves the pass rate of the environmental health monitoring results of the famous old Chinese medicine studios to ensure the medical safety and improve the quality of medical treatment.
