北京产权交易所(以下简称“北交所”)作为国务院国资委指定的央企国有产权交易平台，已经成为全国国企产权交易量最大的机构。去年，在国务院国资委分配局的指导下，北交所成立了“中央企业主辅分离服务中心”，一年多来，“主辅分离服务中心”顺应国资管理新体制下加快推进主辅分离改制分流的大趋势，发挥信息服务、资源配置、统筹顾问和政策传导功能，积极服务于中央企业主辅分离工作，取得了一定的效果。
