新中国成立后,安徽认真贯彻中央戏曲改革政策,推行以“改人、改戏、改制”为核心的黄梅戏改革。通过对艺人的思想改造和身份重塑,黄梅戏艺人由旧社会的“戏子”成为新社会的文艺工作者。通过剧目的整理和改革,剔除了传统剧目中的糟粕和不健康内容,创作了反映时代精神和宣传国家政策的新剧。通过艺人组织的变革,将黄梅戏民间班社改造为国有剧团,艺人被纳入体制化管理。建国后的黄梅戏改革,推动了黄梅戏艺术的传承创新与发展,使黄梅戏由民间小戏迅速成长为全国知名剧种。
After the founding of New China, Anhui conscientiously implemented the policy of reforming the Central Opera, and implemented the reform of the Huangmei opera centering on “reforming, changing play and restructuring”. Through the remoulding of ideology and remodeling of artists, the artists of Huangmei Opera became the literary and art workers of the new society from “opera ” of the old society. Through the reorganization and reform of the play, the dross and unhealthy content in the traditional repertoire were eliminated, and a new drama reflecting the spirit of the times and propagating the national policy was created. Through the transformation of the artist’s organization, the Huangmei Opera Folk Club will be transformed into a state-owned troupe, and artists will be included in the system management. After the founding of the reform of the Huangmei opera, promoting the inheritance and innovation of Huangmei opera art and development, the Huangmei opera grew rapidly from folk operas to well-known national operas.
