沟通的技巧在临床上被广泛应用,几乎在与病患共处的每个环节中都需要有效的沟通技巧。沟通是为了一个设定的目标,把信息、思想和情感,在个人或群体间传递,并且达成共同协议的过程。随着时代的发展,护理人员的工作不仅仅以完成医嘱为目的,而是逐渐演变成以病患为中心的整体护理,彰显人性关怀的共同参与。同一种疾病和危机处理的手段可能是相同的,但是不同的病人拥有着不同的家庭背景、不同的文化程度、不同的经济能力,他们所表现出来的行为和隐藏的心理活动更是千差万别或隐匿于无形,真正能提供人性化护理服务的护理人员一定是一个群体中不可多得的优秀人才。如何培养护理人员与患者的沟通技巧,并使其将这种技巧应用到临床上是一门重要的课题。艺术性的沟通语言、察言观色的沟通技巧都在临床上被广泛应用。
