目的:观察龟鹿二仙胶、补肾活血汤等不同补肾方对去卵巢骨质疏松模型大鼠生物力学的影响及干预作用。方法:取3月龄SPF级雌性SD大鼠70只,随机分为假手术组、模型组、龟鹿二仙胶组、二仙汤组、补肾活血汤组、雌二醇组和仙灵骨葆组,每组10只。对假手术组大鼠行假手术,余6组行双侧卵巢摘除术,术后30 d予以相应的给药实验,12周后测定各组血清钙、磷水平,取右侧股骨行股骨3点弯曲试验,L5椎骨行腰椎压缩试验。结果:龟鹿二仙胶组、二仙汤组、补肾活血汤组血Ca含量较雌二醇组及仙灵骨葆组显著增高,且龟鹿二仙胶组Ca/P比值较仙灵骨葆组、二仙汤组、补肾活血汤组增高明显;腰椎压缩试验及股骨三点弯曲试验,龟鹿二仙胶组、二仙汤组、补肾活血汤组的最大负荷量、最大应力、弹性模量与雌激素及仙灵骨葆组明显增高,三组补肾方比较龟鹿二仙胶组的最大负荷量、最大应力、弹性模量增高明显。结论:龟鹿二仙胶、二仙汤、补肾活血汤均可以增加去势大鼠生物力学性能,并可以提高血钙水平,调节Ca、P代谢,促进骨形成,减缓骨吸收,且龟鹿二仙胶疗效更显著。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of BuZhen ErXianJiao and BushenHuoxue Decoction on the biomechanics of ovariectomized osteoporosis model rats and their intervention effects. Methods: Seventy SPF female Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats of 3 months old were randomly divided into three groups: sham operation group, model group, Guilu Erxian gum group, Erxian decoction group, Bushen Huoxue decoction group, estradiol group, Bao group, each group of 10. The rats in sham operation group were sham operated. The other 6 groups were ovariectomized. The corresponding experiment was given 30 days after operation. After 12 weeks, the levels of serum calcium and phosphorus in each group were measured. Point bending test, L5 vertebral line lumbar compression test. Results: The serum Ca levels in Guilu Eryngolide, Erxian Decoction and Bushen Huoxue Decoction group were significantly higher than those in estradiol group and Xianlinggubao Group, and the ratio of Ca / P in Guilu Eryng Capsule group was significantly higher than that in Xianligu Gu BaoLi, ErXianTang group and BushenHuoxue Decoction group increased significantly; lumbar compression test and three-point bending test of femur, maximal load, maximum stress and elasticity of Guilu Erxian Group, Erxian Decoction group and Bushen Huoxue Decoction group Modulus and estrogen and Xianlinggubao group was significantly higher, the three groups Bushen Erxian glue compared to the maximum load Guilu Erxian group, the maximum stress, elastic modulus increased significantly. Conclusion: Guilu Erxian gum, Erxian Decoction and Bushen Huoxue Decoction can increase biomechanical properties of ovariectomized rats and can increase blood calcium level, regulate Ca and P metabolism, promote bone formation and reduce bone resorption, Ershen glue effect is more significant.
