山西省运城市急救中心自成立以来,始终把干部和职工队伍作风建设作为本单位的形象工程,把职工的思想凝聚到急救中心的建设和发展上来,把职工的服务意识提高到“以病人为中心”上来,把职工的行为统一到“以质量为生命”上来,使单位在激烈的竞争中,实现了健康、快速、持续的发展,成为群众信任、政府放心的医疗中心。
Since its establishment, the Yuncheng Emergency Center in Shanxi Province has always taken the construction of cadres and workers’ team as the image project of the unit, condensed the thoughts of the employees into the construction and development of the emergency center, and improved the service consciousness of the employees to the patient. For the center, “upwards, unified the behavior of the employees to the quality of life,” and enabled the unit to achieve healthy, rapid, and sustained development in the fierce competition, and become a medical center where people trust and the government can rest assured.
