幼儿园投毒、农村校车事故等安全问题近几年来频频发生,屡禁不止。处理上也都按照追究责任、停办调查等处理管理问题的方式来解决。但根据长期在农村地区工作的同志反映,这些都应归结于农村城镇化与教育发展的矛盾。为深入了解农村教育现实状况,我们于2013年6月组成调查组,深入教育资源整合较快的辽宁省的10个城市的15个农村县市,选取距离乡镇1.5公里之外的20个村屯,通过案例分析的方式,揭示当下农村孩童教育生态的原貌。
