如何在发电权交易中计及网损成本是保证交易合理、高效的重要问题之一。针对这一问题,分析比较了现有发电权交易模型的优缺点,提出了适合中长期交易的改进集中撮合交易模式。首先,运用最小二乘B系数法确定网损成本与交易电量之间的量化关系;然后,构建计及网损成本的社会效益最大化模型,通过求解该模型,确定发电权交易双方买入和卖出的总电量;最后,以此交易电量为约束,建立撮合交易的数学模型。以IEEE30节点系统为例,对所提出的交易模式的特点进行了分析,分析结果验证了该模型的合理性和有效性。
How to take into account the cost of network loss in the transaction of power generation rights is one of the important issues to ensure the transaction is reasonable and efficient. In view of this problem, the advantages and disadvantages of the existing power generation trading model are analyzed and compared, and an improved centralized matching trading model suitable for medium and long term trading is proposed. First, the least squares B-coefficient method is used to determine the quantitative relationship between the cost of network loss and the transaction power. Then, a social benefit maximization model that takes into account the cost of network loss is constructed. By solving this model, Sell the total electricity; Finally, the trading volume constraints, the establishment of a mathematical model of matching transactions. Taking the IEEE30 node system as an example, the characteristics of the proposed transaction mode are analyzed. The analysis results verify the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed model.
