目前国内外许多实验表明,在老化过程中动物及人类的免疫功能显著降低,其中特别引人注目的是丝裂原诱导的淋巴细胞增殖能力显著降低.最近笔者发现老龄大鼠及老龄人群淋巴细胞IL-2的产生水平明显下降,因此严重影响了T淋巴细胞对外来抗原的增殖应答能力。为进一步研究人体在老化过程中IL-2的产生能力与IL-2基因表达间的关系,用体外培养细胞的同位素参入量及斑点杂交(Dot blot)方法,分别测定小于30岁和大于65岁年龄组人体外周血白细胞在植物凝集素(PHA)诱导下的DNA和蛋白质
