目的建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法同时快速测定进口橄榄油中18种微量金属元素(锂、铍、钛、钴、镍、铜、锌、钼、银、镉、锡、锑、钡、汞、铅、铁、锰、砷)的分析方法。方法橄榄油经微波消解进行样品前处理,采用ICP-MS测定,外标法定量。结果本方法测定18种金属元素的线性范围宽,线性关系良好(r>0.999),检出限低,各元素的加标回收率在82.3%~110.5%之间,相对标准偏差均小于5%。结论本方法具有简单、快速、灵敏度高、准确度高、回收率高等特点,能够同时对橄榄油中18种元素进行分析。
Objective To establish a simultaneous and rapid determination of 18 trace metal elements (lithium, beryllium, titanium, cobalt, nickel, copper, zinc, molybdenum, silver, cadmium and tin) in imported olive oil by microwave digestion- inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP- , Antimony, barium, mercury, lead, iron, manganese, arsenic). Methods Olive oil samples were pretreated by microwave digestion, and determined by ICP-MS and external standard method. Results The linear range of the 18 metal elements was linear and the linearity was good (r> 0.999). The detection limits were very low. The spiked recoveries of all the elements ranged from 82.3% to 110.5% with relative standard deviations less than 5% . Conclusion The method has the characteristics of simple, rapid, high sensitivity, high accuracy and high recovery rate, and can simultaneously analyze 18 elements in olive oil.
