目的:探讨肾康灵胶囊对大鼠肾病模型的治疗作用。方法:选取大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、肾康灵大剂量组、肾康灵小剂量组、桂附地黄丸组,除正常对照组外,各组均给予大鼠尾静脉一次性注射嘌呤霉素制造肾病模型,观察该药对肾病性蛋白尿、血浆尿素氮、肌酐以及肾脏病理学指标的影响。结果:该药能显著降低尿蛋白、血浆尿素氮及肌酐,提高血红蛋白,减轻肾脏病理损害,其作用优于桂附地黄丸组(P<0.01)。结论:肾康灵胶囊对实验肾病大鼠有明显的治疗作用。
Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of Shenkangling capsule on rat nephropathy model. Methods: Rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, large dose group of Shenkangling, small dose group of Shenkangling, Guifudihuangwan group. Except the normal control group, each group was given tail vein once Injecting puromycin into the nephrotic model to observe its effects on nephrotic proteinuria, plasma urea nitrogen, creatinine, and renal pathological parameters. Results: The drug can significantly reduce urinary protein, plasma urea nitrogen and creatinine, improve hemoglobin, and reduce renal pathological damage, its effect is better than Guifudihuangwan group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Shenkangling Capsule has obvious therapeutic effect on rats with experimental nephropathy.
