目的:观察卡托普利和氯沙坦对缺血性急性肾衰(IARF)大鼠肾功能的影响。方法:采用切除大鼠右肾,同时钳夹左侧肾动脉45min,再灌注24h建立大鼠缺血性急性肾衰动物模型,设立假手术组、模型组、卡托普利组、氯沙坦组及联合用药组观察各组大鼠血肌酐(Scr)、血清尿素氮(BUN)的水平。结果:卡托普利、氯沙坦均可降低IARF大鼠引起的BUN和Scr含量的升高,但两药合用对BUN和Scr的影响与单用无统计学意义。结论:卡托普利、氯沙坦均可保护IARF大鼠的肾功能的作用,但两者合用没有明显的优势。
Objective: To observe the effects of captopril and losartan on renal function in rats with acute renal failure (IARF). Methods: The right kidney of rats was excised and the left renal artery was clamped for 45 min and reperfused for 24 h to establish an animal model of acute ischemic acute renal failure in rats. Sham operation group, model group, captopril group and losartan Group and combination group were observed serum creatinine (Scr), serum urea nitrogen (BUN) levels. RESULTS: Both captopril and losartan decreased the levels of BUN and Scr in IARF rats. However, the combination of both drugs had no significant effect on BUN and Scr alone. Conclusion: Both captopril and losartan can protect the renal function of IARF rats, but there is no obvious advantage in combination of both.
