一、教学质量评价机制的内涵质量大师克劳斯比认为:“质量就是满足需求。”教学质量是指在教学过程中通过教学方法的优化、教学策略的改进、校本课程的开发、特色活动的开展,满足学生内在发展需求。教学质量评价是依据一定的教学目标和标准,对教学活动是否达到国家对于教学规定的要求,是否满足学生、教师的发展需求的价值判断。教学质量评价机制建设的基本任务在于使教师将二期课改的理念内化于心,外显于行,更加关注学生情感态度;更加关注学生主动参与;更加关注过程性评价;增强学习动机,激发学习兴趣。
