文章通过对1990年、2000年和2010年三期中国妇女社会地位调查数据的分析发现:近20年国民的学习时间普遍减少,两性学习时间呈现“男长女短”的特点,但是二者的差异呈逐渐缩小趋势。婚姻和劳动总时间对国民学习时间起到制约作用,且两者均对女性的影响更大;性别观念越平等,国民学习时间越长,但对男性的影响略大于女性。女性较短的学习时间主要是客观因素制约下的被动接受。故此,增加女性的学习时间,既需要推动更为平等的性别观念,更需要减轻其工作和生活压力,让她们有更多的学习时间,从而提升其社会参与能力及终身发展潜力。
Through the analysis of the survey data on the social status of Chinese women in 1990, 2000 and 2010, the article finds that: in the recent 20 years, the study time of citizens has generally decreased, and the study time of men and women has the characteristics of “male and female short”; however, The difference between the two is gradually shrinking trend. The total time of marriage and labor has a negative effect on the study time of the citizens, and both of them have a greater impact on women. The more equal the gender perspective, the longer the nationals study, but the impact on men is slightly greater than that of women. Women’s shorter learning time is mainly passive acceptance of objective factors. Therefore, to increase women’s study time requires not only promoting a more equal gender perspective but also reducing their stress on work and life so as to allow them more time to learn so as to enhance their social participation and lifelong development potential.
