20例均为高血压急症(高血压危象与脑溢血)。男5例,女15例。年龄最大77岁,最小39岁。其中高血压危象10例(高血压脑病8例,高血压左心衰2例),高血压并脑溢血10例。全部病人血压均高于200/110毫米汞柱,最高者达300/150毫米汞柱。 本院采用武汉第二制药厂生产的硝普钠(Sodium Nitroprusside,Nipride),均以25或50毫克加入5～10％葡萄糖500毫升中静脉滴注。采用普通莫菲氏滴管,每15滴为1毫升,以每分钟8～20滴的速度滴入(相当于53～133微克/分)。当血压
Twenty patients were all hypertensive emergency (hypertensive crisis and stroke). 5 males and 15 females. The oldest is 77 years old, the youngest is 39 years old. Including hypertensive crisis in 10 cases (hypertensive encephalopathy in 8 cases, 2 cases of left ventricular hypertrophy), hypertension and stroke in 10 cases.
