Objective: To observe the effect of Fufang Sang Hook Granule on the blood lipid and endothelial function in hyperlipidemic rats. Methods: Sixty male Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal control group, high fat model group, high and low dose Fufang Sang Hook granule group and fluvastatin sodium group Group of 12. After 4 weeks, blood lipid levels, plasma endothelin (ET), plasma MDA, ICAM-1, NO and calcitonin gene were determined in each group. Peptide (CGRP). Results: The levels of serum TC and LDL-C in the model group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group (P <0.01), and the levels of HDL-C in the model group were significantly lower than those in the normal control group (P <0.01), indicating that the establishment of hyperlipidemic rat model was successful. The content of serum ET, MDA and ICAM-1 in the model group was significantly higher than that in the normal control group. The high dose Fufang Sang Hook Granules group, fluvastatin sodium The contents of ET, MDA and ICAM-1 in serum of rats in model group were significantly lower than those in high-fat model group (P <0.01). The levels of NO and CGRP in serum of model group were significantly lower than those in normal control group (P <0.01) The levels of serum NO and CGRP in high dose Sang Hook Granules group and fluvastatin sodium group were significantly higher than those in high fat model group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Fufang Sang Hook Granule can reduce the level of serum lipids in hyperlipidemic rats and improve the vascular endothelial function and vasodilation in hyperlipidemic rats.
