中国设备管理协会秘书处4月28日在京召开部分行业与设协座谈会,交流1993年工作安排情况,探讨在新形势下协会发展的思路。出席会议的有化工、有色、冶金、机电、地质、黄金、煤炭、铁道、航空、兵器、林业、建筑机械12个行业主管设备管理和协会工作的有关负责同志。中国设备管理协会副秘书长梁喜文、张蓝惠出席并主持了会议。 会上,大家围绕当前改革开放、建立社会主义市场经济体制、转换企业经营机制、转变政府职能的新形势对设备管理工作和协会发展的影响,及其面临的新课题进行认真和热烈的讨论,在共同关心的问题上取得了共识。 1.社会主义市场经济为协会发展带来新的机遇。一些工业发达国家的实践经验表明, On the 28th of April, the China Association of Equipment Management Association held a symposium on certain industries and establishments in Beijing to exchange information on the work arrangements for 1993 and explore the ideas for the development of the association under the new situation.
