高粱雄性不育系柱头生活力的强弱和持续时间的长短,是影响高粱制种的主要因素。为探明糯高粱雄性不育系的特性,对4个糯高粱雄性不育系的柱头生活力进行了研究。结果表明,开花后6 d内,4个不育系的柱头生活力强,授粉结实率均可达80.0%以上;开花后第7天,45A和18A的柱头生活力急剧下降,而L407A和3268A则无明显变化。L407A和3268A的柱头生活力比45A和18A强,开花后第11天仍能保持60%以上的授粉结实率。4个不育系的柱头生活力都可持续13 d及以上,且持续时间由长到短依次为:3268A>L407A>45A>18A。不育系间的柱头生活力互不相同,表明柱头生活力与材料本身的遗传特性有关。
Sorghum male sterility stigma vitality and the length of the duration of the impact of sorghum seed production is the main factor. To determine the characteristics of male sterile lines of waxy sorghum, the stigma viability of four male sterile lines of glutinous sorghum was studied. The results showed that within 4 days after flowering, the four stigma lines had strong stigma viability and pollination rate of over 80.0%. On the 7th day after flowering, stigma viability decreased sharply at 45A and 18A, while stigma viability of L407A and 3268A No significant change. The stigma viability of L407A and 3268A was higher than that of 45A and 18A, and pollination rate of more than 60% could still be maintained on the 11th day after flowering. The stigma viability of the four CMS lines persisted for 13 days and above, and the duration of the stigma duration was 3268A> L407A> 45A> 18A. The stigma vitality varies between male sterile lines, suggesting that stigma viability is related to the genetic characteristics of the material itself.
