本文观察间断性缺氧的时间对心脏结构和功能的影响及药物是否能预防和治疗缺氧性右心室肥大。结果表明慢性间断性缺氧30 d引起右室收缩压、右室dp/dtmax、红细胞量、双侧心肌血流量和右室重量指数增加,而左室重量指数不变。缺氧时间延长到60 d,并不进一步增加右室收缩压和右室重量指数,这表明30 d间断性缺氧引起稳定的右室肥大。哌唑嗪、开搏通可预防缺氧性右室肥大,尼群地平可预防和治疗右室肥大和改善心肌超微结构的变化。
This article observes the impact of intermittent hypoxia on cardiac structure and function and whether the drug can prevent and treat hypoxic right ventricular hypertrophy. The results showed that right ventricular systolic pressure, right ventricular dp / dtmax, erythrocyte volume, bilateral myocardial blood flow and right ventricular mass index were increased 30 days after chronic intermittent hypoxia, while left ventricular mass index was unchanged. Hypoxia prolonged to 60 days, did not further increase RV systolic pressure and right ventricular mass index, indicating that 30 d intermittent hypoxia caused stable right ventricular hypertrophy. Prazosin, Caifei can prevent hypoxic right ventricular hypertrophy, nitrendipine can prevent and treat right ventricular hypertrophy and improve myocardial ultrastructure changes.
