本文通过对航天机电伺服系统产品的系列化和产品化分析,开展了航天机电伺服系统的系列化、产品化体系研究,完成了机电伺服产品型谱建设、多角度多维度货架平台研究与建设、通用产品式组件的通用设计准则研究与建设,以及产品综合试验方法与平台建设;便于进一步提高航天机电伺服系统产品的系列化和产品化进程,同时便于跨领域产品应用拓展。通过关键技术研究和实际应用技术研究,以产品、专业为主线对设计、工艺、生产、试验进行产研一体化的整合,以快速提高研发能力和产品配套能力、缩短研制周期和提高成熟度为目的,大大提高航天机电伺服产品的研制进程和产品质量一致性。
