多层动态规划决策方法有效地解决了超高压大系统恢复计划决策问题 ,而其中分层优化方法涉及到对多个对象按照多因素排序、分类和以多项目标选择最佳决策方案的问题 ,这种综合排序及综合决策问题不易用经典方法来解决。为此 ,提出超高压大系统恢复计划决策的多因素模糊综合排序和分类方法 ,以及多目标模糊综合决策方法 ,较好地解决了该问题。仿真结果表明该方法科学、有效
The multi-layer dynamic programming decision-making method effectively solves the recovery planning decision-making problem of EHV large-scale systems. Among them, the hierarchical optimization method involves the multi-factor sorting, classification and multi-objective selection of the best decision- This comprehensive sorting and comprehensive decision-making problems are not easily solved by classical methods. Therefore, a multi-factor fuzzy comprehensive ranking and classification method for decision-making of EHV large-scale system restoration and a multi-objective fuzzy comprehensive decision-making method are put forward to solve the problem. The simulation results show that the method is scientific and effective
