中药口服并中西药合剂保留灌肠治疗慢性结肠炎２０例。本组病人均以腹泻、腹痛、粪质多糊状混有粘液为主证，伴有不同程度的纳差、腹胀、消瘦、乏力、恶心、失眠、苔白腻、脉缓弱。结肠镜检为慢性结肠炎，并排除了其他疾病。中医辨证均属脾胃虚弱型，故拟健脾和胃、渗湿止泻之法，方以参苓白术散加减煎汤内服；中西药合剂保留灌肠。其结果２０例中，痊愈１６例，占８０％；显效２例，占１０％；好转２例，占１０％；总有效率１００％。

The results of 20 cases, 16 cases were cured, accounting for 80%; 2 cases markedly, accounting for 10%; 2 cases improved, accounting for 10%; total effective rate of 100%.
