目的为了明确NaC l和NaHCO_3对苦参种子萌发的影响。方法采用单盐胁迫-培养皿纸上发芽法,对苦参种植进行胁迫处理。结果随NaCl和NaHCO_3浓度的增加,苦参种子发芽率、发芽势、相对发芽率、苗鲜重、培根长呈下降趋势。在NaCl胁迫下,苦参种子的耐盐浓度为3.926‰,半数抑制浓度为6.823‰,在NaHCO_3胁迫下,苦参种子的耐盐浓度为4.243‰,半数抑制浓度为8.679‰,蒸馏水复萌,经NaCl和NaHCO_3胁迫的苦参种子均有不同程度复萌。结论苦参种子萌发具有一定的抗耐盐碱能力。
Aim To clarify the effects of NaCl and NaHCO 3 on the seed germination of Sophora flavescens. Methods The single-salt stress - culture paper on the germination method, the Sophora flavescens planting stress treatment. Results With the increase of NaCl and NaHCO 3 concentration, the germination rate, germination potential, relative germination rate, seedling weight and fresh weight of Sophora flavescens decreased. Under NaCl stress, the salt tolerance concentration of Sophora flavescens seeds was 3.926 ‰ and the half inhibitory concentration was 6.823 ‰. Under salt stress of NaHCO 3, the salt tolerance of Sophora flavescens seeds was 4.243 ‰, the half inhibitory concentration was 8.679 ‰, The seeds of Sophora flavescens treated by NaCl and NaHCO_3 all had different degrees of recoverability. Conclusion Sophora flavescens seed germination has some resistance to salt and alkali.
