目的了解赣州市大一新生睡眠质量及影响因素,为有效改善新生睡眠质量提供参考依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,对赣州市3所大学885名大一新生进行自编问卷和匹兹堡睡眠质量问卷(PSQI)调查。结果赣州市大一新生PSQI总分为(5.23±2.90)分,36.95%的大一新生存在睡眠质量问题。男女生城镇与农村生源地大学生PSQI总分差异无统计学意义(P值均>0.05);理工类、医学类大一新生睡眠质量较差(F=8.23,P<0.01),本科生PSQI总分低于专科生(t=-2.32,P<0.05)。影响大一新生睡眠质量危险因素为:人际关系差(OR=1.452,P=0.009)、专业不满意(OR=1.448,P=0.042)、家庭经济情况差(OR=1.586,P=0.002)、饮茶频繁(OR=1.246,P=0.032)、咖啡饮用频繁(OR=1.310,P=0.017)、每天手机上网时间长(OR=1.513,P=0.000)、睡前使用手机上网(OR=2.687,P=0.010)。结论赣州市大一新生睡眠质量受多方面因素影响,应针对影响因素采取有效措施,提高大一新生睡眠质量。
Objective To understand the quality and influential factors of freshmen’s sleep quality in freshmen of Ganzhou and to provide a reference for effectively improving the quality of freshmen’s sleep. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to survey 885 freshmen in three universities in Ganzhou from a self-compiled questionnaire and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Questionnaire (PSQI). Results The PSQI score of freshmen in Ganzhou was (5.23 ± 2.90) points, and 36.95% of freshmen had sleep quality problems. There were no significant differences in PSQI scores between male and female students in urban and rural areas (P> 0.05). Poor quality of freshmen in science and medicine (F = 8.23, P <0.01) Points lower than college students (t = -2.32, P <0.05). The risk factors influencing freshmen ’s sleep quality were: poor interpersonal relationship (OR = 1.452, P = 0.009), professional dissatisfaction (OR = 1.448, P = 0.042) Drinking tea frequently (OR = 1.246, P = 0.032), frequent drinking of coffee (OR = 1.310, P = 0.017), prolonged internet surfing (OR = 1.513, P = 0.000) , P = 0.010). Conclusion The quality of sleep in freshmen of Ganzhou is influenced by many factors. Effective measures should be taken according to the influential factors to improve the quality of freshmen’s freshmen’s sleep.
