根据骨巨细胞瘤对高温敏感易灭活的特点，对53例病理Ⅰ、Ⅱ级骨巨细胞瘤病人，在瘤区刮除钢针内固定基础上，单纯采用骨水泥充填方法进行治疗。经5－15年随访（平均10年）．复发率仅2%。讨论分析：①本组病例取得满意疗效的原因；②化学药物烧灼植骨方法不能明显降低复发率的原因。
According to the characteristics of bone giant cell tumors sensitive to high temperature inactivation, 53 patients with pathological grade I and II giant cell tumors of the bone were treated with bone cement alone on the basis of internal fixation with scraped steel needles in the tumor area. After 5-15 years of follow-up (average 10 years). The recurrence rate is only 2%. Discussion and analysis: 1 The reasons for the satisfactory curative effect of this group of cases; 2 The cautery and bone grafting method of chemical drugs can not significantly reduce the recurrence rate.
