目的:探讨血清胱抑素C(cyctatin C, CysC)、尿微量白蛋白(microalbumin, mAlb)和βn 2-微球蛋白(βn 2-microglobin, βn 2-MG)联合检测诊断妊娠高血压综合征患者早期肾损害的价值。n 方法:选取2018年9月至2020年3月于我院就诊的100例妊娠高血压综合征患者,按是否出现早期肾损伤分为阴性组和阳性组,每组50例,另选50例同期体检健康的妊娠者作为对照组。3组患者均接受CysC、尿mAlb和βn 2-MG检查,分别评估CysC、尿mAlb和βn 2-MG及联合检查诊断妊娠期高血压综合征早期肾损伤的准确度、特异度、灵敏度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值及尤登指数。n 结果:阳性组CysC、尿mAlb和βn 2-MG水平高于阴性组,阴性组高于对照组(n P< 0.05);CysC、尿mAlb、βn 2-MG联合诊断妊娠高血压综合征患者早期肾损害的准确度尤登指数高于CysC、尿mAlb、βn 2-MG单独诊断(n P0.05)。n 结论:CysC、尿mAlb和βn 2-MG联合诊断妊娠高血压综合征患者早期肾损害具有较高的准确度和诊断效能。n “,”Objective:To investigate the diagnosis value of combined detection of serum cystatin C (CysC), urine microalbumin (mAlb) and β n 2-microglobulin (βn 2-MG) in early renal damage in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension.n Methods:Select 100 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension who were treated in our hospital from September 2018 to March 2020. According to whether there was early renal injury, the subjects were divided into negative group(n n=50) and positive group(n n=50). Another 50 pregnant women with healthy physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group. The three groups received CysC, urine mAlb and β n 2-MG examinations to assess the accuracy, specificity, sensitivity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and Youden index of each item and combined examinations in the diagnosis of early renal injury in pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.n Results:The levels of CysC, urine mAlb and β n 2-MG in the positive group were higher than those in the negative group, and the negative group was higher than the control group (n P<0.05). The accuracy Youden index of CysC, urine mAlb, and βn 2-MG combined was higher than that of CysC, urinary mAlb, β n 2-MG alone (n P0.05).n Conclusion:The combination of CysC, urine mAlb and β n 2-MG in the diagnosis of early renal damage in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension has high accuracy and diagnostic efficiency.n
