当前,经济转轨和社会转型不断对地方政府应对突发事件能力提出了挑战。突发事件发生后,地方政府如何与媒体进行有效的沟通是解决危机的重要因素。新媒体的崛起,需要地方政府重新审视对媒体的态度。本文分析了地方政府对媒体的认识以及媒体发展的趋势和特点,认为地方政府需要在价值观念,监督机制以及媒体在自律机制上进行转变和发展。
At present, the economic transition and social transformation have constantly challenged the ability of local governments to deal with emergencies. After the emergency, how to effectively communicate with local media is an important factor to solve the crisis. The rise of new media requires local governments to re-examine their attitudes toward the media. This article analyzes the local government’s understanding of the media as well as the trends and characteristics of the media development. It holds that local governments need to change and develop values, supervision mechanisms and media in self-regulatory mechanisms.
