浮选柱自发明一百多年来,主要被应用在选矿方面,矿浆和气泡逆流接触,疏水性矿粒被捕获,附着在气泡上,形成矿化泡沫层,泡沫层被冲洗水流清洗,使进入泡沫层的脉石颗粒从泡沫层中脱落,从而达到选矿的目的。本实验利用选矿的原理进行废纸纤维回收,将浮选柱用在废纸二次纤维回收领域。介绍了实验用脱墨浆渣浮选柱的工作原理和浮选柱各部分的组成结构,并绘制浮选柱机械结构部分的三维立体图,分析了脱墨浆渣浮选柱工业化的难点。
