我科从1984～1985年用卡马西平治疗颞下颌关节功能紊乱20例,获得良好疗效,现报告如下。诊断依据①开口运动异常;②开口和咀嚼运动中关节区关节周围肌群疼痛,有时压痛明显;③关节运动时发生杂音或弹响;④此病好发于青壮年,以单侧较多见。 Our department from 1984 to 1985 with carbamazepine treatment of temporomandibular joint dysfunction in 20 cases, to obtain good effect, are as follows.
