一、在日常生产中应用的例子 我厂有一批新加工的50t起重机的滑轮,内孔超差,超差范围在0.05~0.10mm之间。考虑到超差范围不大,决定采用电刷镀技术修复这批滑轮。因为滑轮内孔承受的是径向力,滑轮材料是铸铁,故选用以镍为主的刷镀材料,具体刷镀工艺如下。 1.用锉刀、砂纸、油石打毛刺。 2.用四氯化碳和丙酮擦洗除油。 3.电净处理(工件接阴极)电压12~15V,1min油即除净,水冲。 4.2~#活化液处理(工件接阳极)电压12~15V,出现黑色碳膜为止,水冲。 5.3~#活化液处理,起啃骨头作用(工件接阳极),电压18~25V,除去2~#活化液形成的黑色碳膜,水冲。 6.因超差不大,可采用快速镍(工件接阴极),电压10~15V。刷镀到所需的厚度水冲。 7.用锉刀进行试验。 8.刷镀达到要求,擦干防锈。
