为探讨妇科恶性肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞（TIL）的制备条件，对不同类型妇科肿瘤组织的酶消化时间、酶作用种类、肿瘤组织保存方法等进行研究。结果发现：①新鲜标本10例，成功制备TIL8例；冻存标本12例，成功制备TIL3例；②富含结缔组织的肿瘤标本，消化时间长，细胞得率相对少。结果提示：制备TIL时，应采用新鲜标本，取材时取富含细胞的肿瘤组织，并应严密注意酶消化时间及预防标本污染等。
In order to investigate the preparation conditions of gynecological malignant tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL), the enzymatic digestion time, enzyme action types, and tumor tissue preservation methods of different types of gynecological tumor tissues were studied. The results showed that: 1 10 fresh specimens were successfully prepared TIL 8 cases; 12 cases of cryopreserved samples, successfully prepared TIL3 cases; 2 tumor specimens rich in connective tissue, long digestion time, cell yield is relatively small. The results suggest that when preparing TIL, fresh specimens should be used. Tumor-rich tumor tissues should be taken when the material is taken, and the enzyme digestion time should be strictly observed and the contamination of the specimen should be prevented.
