研究利用R-R间期快速精确检测房颤(atrial fibrillation,AF)的新方法。研究重构相空间中正常窦性心律(normal sinus rhythm,NSR)与AF R-R间期两点间距离的概率密度函数(probability density function,PDF),发现两者PDF分布显著不同,在此基础上定义了特征量k,并用k检测各400段AF与NSR R-R间期。证明算法响应速度快,检测精度高(平均灵敏度97.0%,平均特异性95.2%)。
To study a new rapid and accurate method for the detection of atrial fibrillation (AF) using R-R interval. Based on the probability density function (PDF) of the distance between two points of the normal sinus rhythm (NSR) and the AF RR interval in the reconstructed phase space, we found that the PDF distributions of the two were significantly different The feature quantity k is defined and each of the 400 AF and NSR RR intervals is detected using k. The results show that the algorithm has high response speed and high detection accuracy (average sensitivity 97.0%, average specificity 95.2%).
