(琼台师范学院海南海口571123)【摘要】该文运用文献法和专家访谈法,对高尔夫挥杆技术进行生物力学分析,并从核心区稳定性和核心区专门性力量两方面对核心区训练在高尔夫挥杆技术中的积极影响进行研究,得出结论:(1)通过核心区稳定性训练,可以增强高尔夫运动员站位、挥杆时的身体稳定性,提高挥杆技术的稳定性。(2)通过核心区专门性力量训练,可以增强挥杆技术的流畅性,提高挥杆动作的输出功率,获得理想的运动表现。由此可见,核心区训练队高尔夫挥杆技术水平的提高具有至关重要的作用。
