采用等离子喷涂方法21Cr-6Ni-9Mn奥氏体不锈钢表面喷涂不同成分的氧化铝陶瓷涂层,并对其微观结构进行了分析.结果表明,等离子喷涂氧化铝陶瓷涂层与基体为机械结合,涂层中存在大量气孔且元素分布不均匀,其主要相为γ-Al_2O_3.
The surface of 21Cr-6Ni-9Mn austenitic stainless steel was sprayed with different composition of alumina ceramic coating by plasma spray method and its microstructure was analyzed.The results show that the plasma sprayed alumina ceramic coating is mechanically bonded with the substrate There are a large number of pores in the layer and uneven distribution of elements, the main phase is γ-Al_2O_3.
