针对我国新疆地区红枣人工捡拾,劳动强度大,捡拾效率低,成本高,而且延误红枣收获的最佳时期和延迟红枣的市场销售时间等问题,设计了一种滚轮式红枣捡拾机。介绍了该机的总体设计方案、工作特点及主要技术参数;通过对滚轮的运动受力分析来保证红枣捡拾效果,确定了主要工作部件的相关技术参数,设计了结构合理、工作性能良好、使用方便、工作效率高和通用性好的滚轮式红枣捡拾机,该机减少了果农捡拾红枣的工时成本,为红枣机械化高效捡拾提供了理论依据,对于推进新疆等地区红枣产业技术进步、提高红枣种植经济效益,具有十分重要的理论和实践意义。
