随着社会就业压力的不断增加,职业教育培养学生的职业能力成为全国普遍关注的焦点,而发挥“两课”优势,培养学生的职业能力是增强学生的核心竞争力,获取就业机会的重要途径。在此新形势下,逐步培养学生的职业能力势在必行。因此,笔者结合自身学生管理工作经验,针对如何发挥“两课”优势,助推学生的职业能力的问题进行分析。
