目的:探讨医疗机构消毒监测中马红球菌的分离鉴定与分布。方法:将常规监测样品培养72 h产生色素的菌落分纯后进行生化鉴定。结果:马红球菌的鉴别要点是不发酵任何糖醇、CAMP和触酶阳性、H2S和动力阴性、菌落呈黏液状、产生色素、生长缓慢。结论:细胞介导免疫受损病人病房相关消毒监测应将马红球菌纳入必检项目,只要熟练掌握该菌的生物学性状则分离鉴定并不困难。
Objective: To investigate the isolation, identification and distribution of Rhodococcus equi in disinfection monitoring of medical institutions. Methods: The colonies of pigs routinely cultured for 72 h were cultured and purified for biochemical identification. Results: The main point of identification of Rhodococcus equi is that no sugar alcohols are fermented, CAMP and catalase are positive, H2S and motility are negative, colony is mucoid, pigment is produced and growth is slow. CONCLUSIONS: Cell-mediated disinfection monitoring of ward-related immunocompromised patients should include Rhodococcus equi into clinical tests. It is not difficult to separate and identify the bacteria as long as they are proficient in the biological characteristics of the bacteria.
