目的对医院健康教育处方的使用现状进行调查分析,为进一步加强医院健康教育处方的发放提供依据。方法在内科、外科、妇科、皮科、口腔科门诊就诊后患者中随机问卷及口头提问,共调查400人。结果就诊后获得健康教育处方人数占就诊人数的47.5%,初诊后获得健康教育处方占初诊人数的75.7%;首次就诊人数与就诊科室有较大关系,内科首次就诊人数明显低于其他科室;从健康教育处方上获得知识为100%。结论健康教育处方在医院发挥了极好的就医行为指导作用,是值得投入与长期有效发展的健康教育方式。
Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation of the use of prescriptions for health education in hospitals and provide the basis for further strengthening the prescription of health education in hospitals. Methods A total of 400 patients were investigated in randomized questionnaires and verbal questions in patients after internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, pico and dental clinic. Results The number of prescribing health education prescriptions accounted for 47.5% of the number of attendances, and 75.7% of the number of first-time health education prescriptions were obtained after the first visit. The number of first visit was significantly related to that of the department of referral, and the number of first-time medical visits was significantly lower than that of other departments. Get 100% knowledge on health education prescriptions. Conclusion Health education prescriptions play an excellent guiding role in the medical behavior in the hospital, which is worth to invest in and long-term effective development of health education.
