文章提出了一种新型多层1/4模基片集成波导(Quarter-mode Substrate Integrated Waveguide,QMSIW)滤波器,并进行了实验验证。该滤波器由一些构造在多层介质基板上的1/4模基片集成波导谐振腔构成,尺寸小,性能优良。为了验证这种设计思想,文章设计并制作了一个C频段多层1/4模基片集成波导带通滤波器,给出了仿真和测试结果并进行了对比,测试结果与仿真结果一致性良好。该滤波器相对带宽13%(5.35GHz~6.1GHz),由于采用了1/4模基片集成波导谐振腔和多层设计方法,滤波器结构十分紧凑。
In this paper, a new quarter-mode substrate integrated waveguide (QMSIW) filter is proposed and validated experimentally. The filter by a number of built-in multi-layer dielectric substrate on the substrate substrate 1/4 waveguide integrated waveguide structure, small size, excellent performance. In order to verify this design idea, a C-band multi-layer 1/4 mode substrate integrated waveguide band-pass filter is designed and fabricated. The simulation and test results are given and compared. The test results are in good agreement with the simulation results . The filter relative bandwidth of 13% (5.35GHz ~ 6.1GHz), due to the use of 1/4 mode substrate integrated waveguide cavity and multilayer design, the filter structure is very compact.
