根据纳溪至成都天然气输送管道工程泸州长江隧道穿越泥岩和砂质泥岩的工程地质与水文地质条件,并结合输气管道隧道断面小、斜巷坡度大、风险高和建设工期紧的特点,着重开展了小断面水底输气管道隧道的设计与快速施工技术研究。针对泸州长江隧道的结构设计特点和围岩地质状况,研究和采用了“明暗结合,超前探水,控制爆破,喷锚衬砌”的施工总原则。通过工程实践不仅保障了长江隧道的安全施工,同时也解决了因隧道断面狭小而影响施工进度的技术难题,所获得研究成果可为类似地质条件下小断面越江输气管道隧道的设计与快速施工提供借鉴。
According to the engineering geological and hydrogeological conditions of Luzhou Yangtze River tunnel passing through mudstone and sandy mudstone from Naxi to Chengdu Natural Gas Pipeline Project and combining with the characteristics of small section of tunnel, large slope, high risk and tight construction period, A small section of the bottom of the gas pipeline tunnel design and rapid construction technology research. According to the structural design characteristics of Luzhou Yangtze River Tunnel and the geological conditions of surrounding rock, the general construction principles of “light and dark combination, advanced water exploration, controlled blasting and shotcrete lining” are studied and adopted. The engineering practice not only ensures the safe construction of the Yangtze River Tunnel but also solves the technical problems that affect the construction progress due to the narrow tunnel section. The research results obtained can be the design and rapid construction of tunnels with small cross-sections and cross-over gas pipes under similar geological conditions Provide reference.
