通过熔渗实验研究了铈与铅在钢中的作用机理。OM、EPMA和XRD分析表明,Ce与Pb在钢中有较强的化学亲和力,易形成CePb和Ce5Pb3高熔点金属间化合物,从而改善和消除杂质元素铅对钢性能的危害;采用Miedema模型计算Ce-Pb固态合金的生成焓,从热力学上证明了实验分析的结果。
The mechanism of action of cerium and lead in steel was studied by infiltration experiment. The results of OM, EPMA and XRD show that Ce and Pb have strong chemical affinity in the steel and easy to form CePb and Ce5Pb3 high melting point intermetallic compounds, so as to improve and eliminate the hazard of impurity element Pb on steel performance. The Miedema model is used to calculate Ce -Pb solid-state alloy enthalpy of formation, from the thermodynamic proof of the experimental results.
