研究了发酵灵芝粉中肽类化合物的分离及其生物活性。将发酵灵芝粉的水和醇提取物上离子交换树脂柱,依次用酸性、中性、碱性淋洗液洗脱分组,发现中性洗脱部分对羟基自由基抑制作用最强,抑制率最高可达81%;碱性洗脱部分亦具有抑制羟基自由基的效果;酸性洗脱部分抑制羟基自由基的作用不强,且占很少比例。经体外抗肿瘤试验,初步确定超滤膜过滤物具有较好地抑制肿瘤效果。
