在全球经济飞速发展的推动下,文化扩张已经成为各国发展经济的策略和焦点。作为文化对外传播的载体,地方性英文媒介的发展对于文化品牌的构建有着不容小觑的作用。文章指出了地方性英文媒体对文化对外传播的三种载体效应,并分析了地方性英文媒介在发展中存在的问题,以促使我国地方性英文媒介加强地域文化的对外渗透,从而加快地区经济的发展。
