目的优选附子高温烘制工艺的最佳参数,验证该工艺的可行性。方法以6种单、双酯型生物碱、总生物碱含量和外观评分为指标,采用L9(34)正交试验法加补充试验,对烘制时间、烘制温度及软化方式等因素进行考察,最终确定附子最佳的高温烘制工艺。结果附子最佳工艺为:附子经换水浸透法处理后,120℃烘制12 h,即得。结论该工艺操作简单可控,去毒效果好,有效成分得到最大量保存,且炮制品含水量低。
Objective To optimize the best parameters of the high temperature baking process of aconite to verify the feasibility of the process. Methods Six kinds of single and double ester alkaloids, total alkaloid content and appearance score were taken as indexes. The factors of baking time, baking temperature and softening method were investigated by L9 (34) orthogonal test and supplementary test. , Final determination of aconite the best high temperature baking process. The results of the best aconite process: aconite by water soaking after treatment, 120 ℃ baking 12 h, that is, too. Conclusion The process is simple and controllable, the effect of detoxification is good, the maximum amount of active ingredients is preserved, and the moisture content of processed products is low.
